Overviews of the study offer

The MyCampus software provides several overviews of the courses offered, which you can use to find out about scheduled and upcoming courses:

The differences between the overviews are explained below.

MyCampus course catalog

In the course catalog of the MyCampus software, you can view the courses offered for one semester at a time. You can access the course catalog via the blue circle on the MyCampus homepage and then have the option to choose between the course view and the study regulations view.

Event view

In the event view, you can look up the entire range of courses offered by the selected department. In addition, the link to the corresponding whiteboard page is also given for each event. In the bar on the left, you can select the department and the semester. To the right of the semester selection, you can additionally filter which state the courses should have. For students, it only makes sense to display the default state "SAP processed + published", because this means that the course is registered in Campus Management and can be booked.

Study Regulations View

In the study regulations view you can display all courses for your study regulations. To do this, select your department and then click on your study regulations in the list on the right of the table.

You will now be shown the courses offered module by module. In the list on the right, you can also click on individual modules to display the corresponding courses. By clicking on the plus symbol, the description of the event is displayed.

Course division

You can access the event overviews via the menu item "Course catalog->Course division".

The views by semester and study regulations are similar to those in the course catalog, but are designed slightly differently.

In the view by lecturer, you can select a lecturer and display all courses offered by him/her.

Overviews of long-term schedule

You can access the overviews of long-term planning via the menu item "Long-term schedule". Here you can view the planned courses for several semesters at once. This is especially useful if you want to think about which courses you can take in future semesters.

Similar to the other overviews, there is also an overview of all courses as well as one that only shows the courses for a specific study order and sorted by module.

Attention: Since the future semesters are usually courses whose planning process has not yet been completed, there is no guarantee that the courses entered will actually take place. Only if the corresponding field contains a white box with a thumbs up, the planning process is completed and the event will definitely take place.
